Hey everyone,

So today is the day. Wow...

So tonight I'll be leaving for Abuja. From there we will be driving to Jos pretty much as soon as we arrive.

After a day or so in Jos we will be heading back down to Aku...then work work work only broken up by some palm wine and cola nuts.

Ok...enough for now. Hopefully I'll be able to get online somewhere in Nigeria to post a few updates over the next few weeks.

So we are almost done with our time in London, and I have to admit I am more than a bit nervous about this latest trip to Nigeria. I have a bag full of computer parts, and hope to make that my focus while I'm there, but I also know that there are so many people that I will have to see while I'm there. There is something about Nigeria...about the people there...the family. It is so nice how welcomming everyone is, but at the same time it can be overwhelming having so many people want to see you, and have some peice of you. It is scary to be paraded around.

Similarly this is the first time I'll be going to Nigeria without my dad. I'm not sure how I will be treated while I'm there, or what the differences will be. What will people expect of me given the absence of my fater on this trip?

Ok...enough for now.

Ok...So I will be leaving for Aku 1 week from tomorrow. I get to spend a few days in London on the way in, but then it will be work work work for two weeks. I'm both excited and nervous about this trip.

I need to thank a few people. All the people at Oak Harbor who donated computer parts and the like. I managed to salvage 8 CD-rom drives 7 Floppy disks, and 9 Harddrives. I also got a bunch of memory and more is on the way.

I also have been getting my cameras ready for the trip. I hope to get lots of pictures to bring back...both for the website and for you guys.

Ok...enough for now.
